Plano-based Day Star Restaurant Group has downsized to 16 Lone Star restaurants in nine states and 15 Texas Land & Cattle units in four states.
According to the article in bizjournals.com, the closings have affected locations across the country, including California, Colorado, Michigan and South Dakota.
The Texas Land & Cattle and Lone Star Steakhouse brands were purchased in 2013 by Plano’s Day Star Restaurant Group.
