During last week’s Melissa Independent School District board of trustees meeting, parents and students got a first glimpse of what the future Melissa High School will look like.
The drawings were unveiled by Corgan Architects for the high school.
The future campus will consist of four separate buildings that look more like a college campus than a typical high school.
Expected cost to build is $32 million. Kenny Deel is the executive director of operations for Melissa ISD,
Corgan was also involved with Preston Ridge Campus Classroom Building D project for Collin College which is a 65,000-square-foot two-story building located at a prominent vacant site at an existing campus.
