This year’s Melissa city’s Christmas Parade, “A Night of Christmas Lights”, is scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 3 at 6:00 p.m.
The parade will travel down Cardinal Drive to Melissa Ridge Intermediate, as in years past, and will return up Palo Pinto to City Hall.
Pre-parade activities will take place at Melissa High School from 2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. that Saturday, featuring crafts for the kids, photos with Santa and Mrs. Santa, music by the school choirs, craft and merchandise vendors, and much more.
This year’s Parade Marshall is Tim Anderson, Manager of Pat Lobb Toyota. This annual event is sponsored by the Melissa Area Chamber of Commerce.
