The new development will break ground this year with the intention of having the first single-family community ready by 2017.

According to Newland Senior Vice President Brian Cramer, the homes in the first phase of the development will have prices from above $400,000 to over $600,000. More affordable options could be available in the future.

NASH is a wholly owned subsidiary of SEKISUI HOUSE, LTD, Japan’s largest homebuilder. For more than 50 years, SEKISUI HOUSE has been building homes and communities in Japan and throughout the world.
