Plano based Tyler Technologies signed an agreement with Collin County, Texas, for Tyler’s Munis® enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution and EnerGov™ permitting, regulatory and maintenance platform.
The agreement includes software licensing, implementation, training and related professional services.
Collin County will be replacing its legacy financial system with the ERP solution and eliminate paper-based processes to streamline business operations and hopefully reduce the time to handle routine information requests.
Tyler’s EnerGov platform will provide a web-based permitting and inspections solution, as well as a citizen portal.
Collin County also uses Tyler’s Odyssey® integrated justice solution.
