Irving based online lender SunUp Financial LLC (doing business as Balance Credit) announced opening of their call center in Plano, Texas.
The 10,000 square foot facility will handle customer service and operations for Balance Credit that working to position itself as an industry leader in providing online consumer credit services.
In the past, Balance Credit outsourced a large portion of its call center needs to the Philippines. They anticipate recruiting 100 personnel skilled in high-tech, high-touch servicing and operations in the North Texas area.
