One of the most popular shopping destinations in Collin County or entire DFW metro is Simon’s Allen Premium Outlets. Simon launched the expansion of the outlet area and is expected to include an estimated 30 new specialty retailers.
Simon is also renovating the Premium Outlets of Allen with new amenities including updated seating, a new play area, Wi-Fi, landscaping and architectural adornments to match the new structures.
Allen Premium Outlets currently includes 100+ stores including known retailers such as Polo Ralph Lauren, Gap, Perfumania, Kate Spade New York, Michael Kors, Nike and Under Armour. The expansion is expected to be complete by fall 2017.
Future Vision
In addition, a 22-acre plot northeast of the current shopping center has been rezoned to allow for the future inclusion of restaurants and hotels.
