Allen EDC holds Open Innovation by Bridge Alliance

Allen Economic Development Center (AEDC) hosted first Open Innovation event on April 7, in partnership with The Bridge Alliance.

The luncheon was held at the Hilton Garden Inn in Allen and featured networking opportunities, as well as a line-up of renowned speakers on the topic of Open Innovation.

In partnership with the City of Allen and City of Addison, the Open Innovation events provide another channel for civic leaders to support the businesses in their city while attracting new talent and energy to do business in Allen and Addison.

“Connecting Allen businesses with innovative solutions from the startup and academic community drives economic development.” said Dan Bowman, Executive Director at Allen Economic Development Corporation. “We’re glad to play a leading role in an effort that benefits established companies and helps incubate startup ventures.”
