Retired General Colin Powell will be the keynote speaker when Collin County Business Alliance hosts its fourth anniversary luncheon on Dec 10th, Thursday at 10 a.m. at the Capital One Conference Center, 8036 Dominion Parkway.
Registration will be held at 10am followed by the networking reception at 10:30pm. Luncheon and Main Event will held at 11:30am.
