Pennsylvania-based Advanced Flooring & Design has signed a long-term lease for 20,000+ square feet of space at 2901 Technology Drive in Plano where it plans to open its first distribution center in Texas.
Dallas/Fort Worth is consistently ranked in the top home building markets in the U.S. Housing sales seem to be on track for a record-breaking year, according to the latest report from the Real Estate Center at Texas A&M University. The median housing prices rose more than 10 percent in first 9 months.
Advanced Flooring & Design has distribution centers in nine states and design studios in four states. The Jupiter Center is expected to be used for distribution of floor coverings, countertops, window coverings and sheet vinyl.
