Software provider TOPS Software Company (Total Optimization Packaging Software), that provides packaging and distribution optimization, is relocating to Allen Texas and has nearly doubled the size of their office space in doing so.
The new location features freeway frontage signage and is located in The Campus at Allen, addressed at 1301 Central Expressway. Easy access to North Dallas, Legacy Park and DFW Airport were cited as a major benefit to the move, along with the availability of a good selection of nearby hotels and restaurants. The software company currently has 15 employees and expects to increase that number in coming months. TOPS made their move in late January around the same time they invested in new servers and furniture.
The relocation means the size of their office space went from about 4,000sqft to 7,050. They now have a larger lobby area and conference room that allows them to host clients and offer on-site training sessions in-house, as opposed to having to rent another facility.
TOPS worked with the Allen Economic Development Corporation on the lease and relocation.
