Dallas based Vitorino Group has arranged the sale of a freestanding retail property in Frisco that is leased to McDonald’s.
The restaurant is located on Custer Road, near State Highway 121. It will eventually serve as an outparcel to a Walmart Supercenter. The buyer is said to be a person from Canada.
