Cleveland Ohio based apartment builder NRP Group is set to begin constructing another rental community in Princeton, Texas called Harvard Flats on an estimated date of July 1, 2024.
The approximate 400,000-square-foot site is located at 596 N. Beauchamp Blvd.
The construction is expected to be completed in the summer of 2026, with the first units expected to be available a bit earlier in the first quarter of 2026.
NRP Group is also behind The Independence, which is a multifamily housing community in partnership with the McKinney Housing Finance Corporation (MHFC) that brings approximately 236 units of quality new apartment homes, to be leased at an affordable rate to residents earning at or below 50-70% of the area median income.
NRP Group is also behind Princeton Crossroads, a workforce housing development in Princeton.
