New Frisco community "Villages at Majestic Gardens"

Suncrest Real Estate & Land in partnership with a Private Equity Fund, have acquired 51 acres of land in Frisco, Texas along Main Street west of Legacy Drive to develop a new residential community; “Villages at Majestic Gardens”.

The new community is planned to include both single-family homes and townhomes totaling over 250 residences to be marketed for sale in the spring of 2017. M/I Homes and CalAtlantic Homes will build the homes in Villages at Majestic Gardens. Construction is expected to begin in April 2016.

The main entrance will be located off the south side of Main Street, just west of Legacy Drive along the future Majestic Gardens drive and the community will include landscaped open space, parks, walking trails, a children’s playground and a dog park.
