Hyatt Regency hotel is being proposed by Dallas-based Sam Moon Group, that also owns the Sam Moon Trading Co. If approved, the hotel would stand about 15 stories tall with about 300 rooms. It will likely also include the conference center and parking garage.
Frisco EDC and Frisco CDC will contribute towards the project.
Sam Moon has recently branched into the hospitality business. One of its projects is the Renaissance Hotel that is under construction in Plano’s Legacy West.
