One of the largest developments in Richardson and North Texas – CityLine – will have a high-rise hotel project to be built by Missouri-based developer Drury Southwest.
The company bought the approx 3-acre site at CityLine Drive and U.S Highway 75. The property is to the immediate west of State Farm Insurance’s regional campus and near to the DART’s commuter rail station.
Drury has another project at the Dallas North Tollway and Gaylord Parkway in Frisco – a nine-story 184 room hotel. Drury Southwest builds and operates more than 130 hotels in 20 states.
This is the second hotel project at CityLine Richardson, with Aloft being the first.
