The Fairways is a single family residential community located in the west of Frisco, Texas. The Fairways community has about 600 homes on 148.27 acres. The two entrances to the neighborhood are off of Teel just north of Main Street and south of Eldorado parkway. Compare to some of the larger neighborhoods in the area, the Fairways doesn’t sprawl endlessly. The smaller size of the neighborhood forms a nice tight knit community of people who value their neighbors. As you enter the neighborhood, you’ll soon see the beautiful stretches of manicured green fairways that weave through the homes located on the Trails Golf Course.The Fairways neighborhood is also known to have National Night Outs in the area, featuring a hot air balloon, a Care Flight Helicopter landing, Free Snow cones, Bounce houses, Fire Department, Music and more. The whole neighborhood comes out and these are fun for kids and families.
The Fairways has Trails of Frisco Golf Club, Community Pavilion and pool which is located just to the west of Teel Pkwy, in Frisco TX. The Fairways homes range from approximately $200k to $700k.
