Grayhawk is located in Northwest Frisco and is one of Frisco’s 5-star neighborhoods West Frisco off Eldorado Parkway between Teel Parkway and FM 423. Grayhawk encompasses over 100 acres and spans into north of Panther Creek Parkway where you will Phase I (south of Panther Creek) and Phase II (north of Panther Creek). To get to Grayhawk, exit Eldorado on the Tollway. Head West until you pass Teel Parkway. Stay right and turn into Grayhawk Blvd. A large water feature with fountains is the Grayhawk attraction, with miles of walking trails spread throughout 100 acres. Playgrounds, open spaces, gazebos and community swimming pools are also available to Grayhawk residents. Grayhawk is located just 20 minutes from downtown Dallas, with quick access to FM 423, and only a few miles from the Dallas North Tollway and highway 380. Residents also enjoy easy access to restaurants and shopping. Frisco ISD serves residents of Grayhawk.
