Ascot Heath community is located in Fairview Texas. Curious where the names of the subdivision and streets came from? They are all famous horse races in England. Each home is custom as they have lots of in common and no two look alike. Many have been nicely updated. It’s a comparatively small subdivision by number of homes, but all of the homes are on at least one acre lot. If you’re a nature lover, the Heard Natural Wildlife Center, a pristine, 290 acre preserve, is right behind Ascot Heath community. It’s one the area’s real treasures.
The nice thing about Fairview is its proximity to great shopping center. Ascot Heath is only 5 minutes from all the retail, shopping, entertainment and restaurants at the Village at Fairview and the Village at Allen.
