Collin County had another record-breaking year of home sales in 2016 with more than 14,500 homes sales closed in 2016.
That is according to Steve Haid, chief operating officer for the Collin County Association of Realtors and article appearing on NBCDFW.com.
Compared to 2015, it is a 1.7 percent increase. The average home sale prices and number of units sold – both are expected to continue rising.
In towns like Fairview and Lucas, the median home sold for $456,750.
