CiCi’s Pizza – now has a new name – Cicis (note, no apostrophe). The new motto is “Beyond Pizza.”
The almost 30 year old Coppell-based chain, with nearly 450 restaurants across the U.S. including 81 in North Texas, now has a new, clean and a contemporary looking image. They have refreshed their logo and have a new restaurant prototype design. The first new-look location is scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2016. The image will be fully rolled out to all Cicis restaurants over the next few years, but an exact timeline has not been set.
Pizza still clearly rules on the menu but “Pizza” is no longer part of the official name. Their website brand however continues to be cicispizza.com. The word ‘Beyond’ is to reinforce it offers salads, soups, pasta and also “fun gameroom experience.” The buffet stays.
There are Cicis restaurants in Allen, Plano, Mckinney, Frisco, Richardson, Little Elm, Wylie and other cities of Collin County, Texas.
