Waterton – a Chicago-based real estate investment and property management company with a focus on U.S. multifamily, senior living and hospitality properties – has acquired Mission Gate, a 434-unit apartment community in Plano.
Mission Gate is built on 24 acres and features one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units with an average size of 965 square feet across 13 buildings.
Built in 1999, the property is situated at 8025 Ohio Dr, Plano, TX 75024.
Amenities include a pool, outdoor grilling stations, a playground and a dog park.
Waterton plans to update the classic and partially renovated units to a finish level similar to that of the existing fully renovated units.
