Hillwood will deliver 300 urban apartment units within the 242-acre master planned development in Frisco’s $5B Mile near the Dallas North Tollway and Warren Parkway.
Located within Frisco Station, it will be called Station House and will not be far from Dallas Cowboys campus.
The four-story mid-rise will have luxury finishes and lots of other cool stuff such as walk-in showers, kitchen islands and mudrooms. Residents will have plenty of community amenities such as a pool, an outdoor kitchen and a fitness center.

Frisco Station is a multi-use development encompassing 242 acres in the northwest quadrant of the Dallas North Tollway and Warren Parkway in Frisco. In addition to more than 2,400 residences, Frisco Station will be home to offices, shopping, dining, entertainment, hospitality, parks, trails and gathering places.
