Dubbed The Frisco Park 25, it will be built on Preston Road at Rockhill Parkway, which is just south of U.S. Highway 380. The property is situated east of the Dallas North Tollway. The commercial project is planned for a total of 2.2 million square feet and Frisco approved the purchase of the land for the project in 2015.

Jim Gandy is President of the Frisco Economic Development Corporation.

Frisco has several million square feet of office space planned including other developments along the Dallas North Tollway.

Some of them are part of the region the city calls the $5 billion mile.

  1. well, that just blows. Frisco has no rhyme or reason. I live near there and wish they would have considered the area for a park – with trails and pavillions. It is one of the few corridors for wildlife… really sad. Bet Prosper is not happy about it either.
