Pizza Hut’s corporate expansion on its West Plano campus is expected to bring about 75,000 square feet of new space to the headquarters on Corporate Drive.
The corporate campus includes a 165,000+ square-foot building and parking garage. A general contractor has yet to be hired for the expansion project. The two-building addition to the campus should help Pizza Hut accommodate its growing business especially after they recently revamped their image in November.
Other companies, such as Toyota North America, FedEx Office and Liberty Mutual Insurance, are also expanding in West Plano and bringing in thousands of workers. The corporate campuses are part of a much larger project called Legacy West, a $2 billion, 240-acre mixed-use development that’s already underway.
