Plano-based Expert Global Solutions got acquired by California based Alorica Inc. – a customer service firm.
The new company will continue with name Alorica and will employ 91,000 in 16 different countries and conduct business in 30 different languages.
More than 40,000 of those employees worked for Expert Global Solutions, which is a portfolio company managed by One Equity Partners.
The two companies aggregated a total revenue of more than $2 billion in 2015.
The new company will have more than 600 clients.
