Dalfen America Corp. announced the acquisition of McKinney Central Business Park located in McKinney, a suburb of Collin County Texas. The seller and financial details of the deal remained undisclosed.
The multi-tenant, industrial business park was built in 2001 and is located at 2010 and 2040 N Redbud Blvd. The 201,425-square foot complex comprises two light industrial buildings occupied by notable tenants such as PODS Enterprises and Dallas Morning News. Along with the buildings, DAC also purchased a 6.5-acre parcel of land for future development purposes.
DAC is keen to be one of the most active buyers of industrial real estate in the country and aim to ramp up our acquisitions substantially over the next twenty four months.
